Natural Weight Loss

Many do not understand that the key to healthy long term weight loss is based upon detoxification and naturally boosting one's metabolism.  Our bodies sequester toxins we are exposed to in the air, water, food and medicines we ingest in our fatty tissues in order to protect our vital organs.  Many of my clients, once they properly cleanse and allow their bodies to purge toxins experience weight loss this way.  Below are my top 7 tips for natural weight loss:

1.  Drink alkaline water - if you can afford a Kangen water machine, it is an excellent water filtration system.  You can also alkalinize filtered water by adding a few drops of Willard's Water or any of my Chac Mool blitz water concentrates.  Lemon or other citrus fruits, though acidic, also cause an alkaline effect in the body.  Drinking sufficient water flushes away toxins from our tissues and also hydrates our skin and organs.  After all, our bodies are about 70% water.  We sometimes confuse hunger for thirst when we are dehydrated. 

2.   Eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables (ideally organic and non-GMO) as you can daily.  Juicing is an excellent way to reap these benefits.  One of my favorite combinations is carrot, beet and celery, with a bit if ginger thrown in for a nice zing.  Try to consume more produce than meats, grains or processed foods.  What you don't eat, or in limited quantity is equally important.  Avoid white flours, rice, sugars as much as possible. 

3.  Increase your daily activity level.  This time of year, many try to embark upon strenuous exercise routines that fall away in several weeks. Instead, try to walk a little more each day by parking farther away from the store.  Add a few minutes of stretching or deep breathing into your daily routine.  Try walking with a friend at least weekly.  Even vigorous housework can burn plenty of calories.  If you live within walking distance of your office, try to bike or walk once a week.  Even power walking at the mall can make a difference if done regularly.

4.  Consume probiotics, which support our immune system (especially important during flu season) and intestinal health.  I recommend Jerusalem Artichoke Flour (JAF), which contains high amounts of B. bifidum, B. Breve, B. Infantis, B. Adolescentis, B. Longum and L. Salivarius).  JAF is especially beneficial since it also contains natural inulin, a prebiotic which enhances the development of probiotics in your gut.  Fermented foods such as miso made from non-GMO soybeans are also great.  And of course if you love yogurt, kefir is a great way to get your daily dose of probiotics too.  Be sure to avoid too much sugar in yogurt and if it contains modified food starch of any sort, don't buy it.

5.  Cleanse your various organs, such as your liver, kidneys and colon.  Increasing fiber intake is helpful in this process as the fiber helps to sweep out toxins from your body.  Acai, along with its high antioxidant content is also beneficial for burning fat and boosting metabolism.  I've also created my own blends of supplements to enhance weight loss, fat burning and building muscle and strength.  

6.  Use any of the far infrared products manufactured by MPS.  This manufacturer of unique equipment not only detoxifies cellular tissues and helps my Morgellons patients (as well as many afflicted by chemical exposures), but also increases metabolism. When I use the Rainbow, I usually also apply Baci Mi skin gels or castor oil over the abdomen area to enhance its absorption. 

7.  One of my all time favorite products that we carry is Inner Solution, a fat burning formula of organic essential oils and herbal extracts.  Just a few drops of this potent product can be rubbed over problem areas.  Use under the FIR pad, Rainbow or in the FIR sauna for enhanced benefit.  Inner Solution can also be used in a foot bath - 1 capful Willard Water, 1 scoop Opaline Solutions dry granulated oxygen, a capful of either my Chac Mool Jade solution or the Chac Mool Amethyst solution and a few drops of Inner Solution.  Everyone who has tried this footbath (the vibrating ones work just fine) for a week has noticed results.
